Hi, I’m Ivelisse Rodriguez, and I’ve been a Client Services Associate at Franklin Retirement Solutions for a year and a half. During my time here, I’ve enjoyed growing professionally while helping our clients feel supported throughout their financial journey. I’m proud to be a part of a team that’s dedicated to helping individuals and families prepare for a confident retirement.
As a Client Services Associate, I enjoy supporting both our clients and our team by helping to ensure every detail is in place. I prepare Peter’s meeting files, assist with client service needs, and have recently begun expanding my knowledge by working more with annuities. Every day gives me the opportunity to learn something new while helping clients feel confident about their financial future and retirement plans.
Outside my role at Franklin, I’m also a hairdresser and I truly enjoy helping my clients look and feel their best. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone leave my chair feeling confident and beautiful.
My faith is a very important part of my life and serves as a source of strength and guidance. It inspires me to approach others with kindness, compassion, and integrity, both personally and professionally.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my family. Whether we’re relaxing at home or exploring the trails on our ATV’s, I enjoy making memories with the people I love most. I also have a passion for traveling, and one of my biggest dreams is to visit Jerusalem someday. I believe there is always something new to learn, both professionally and personally, and I’m grateful to be a part of a company that allows me to grow while making a meaningful difference in our client’s lives.
