Happy New Year to you and your loved ones! I hope 2026 is off to a strong start for you and your family. There’s something about the turn of the calendar that naturally invites both reflection and optimism—and this year feels especially meaningful for me.

This month marks one year since I officially joined Franklin Retirement Solutions. I also want to take a moment to recognize my colleague, Ivelisse Rodriguez, who came on board one year ago as well. Ive is an exceptional team member, and she brings a positive attitude and genuine care to everything she does. We are lucky to have her as part of the FRS family.

This past year has been a true learning experience for me—getting to know more of our clients, gaining a deeper understanding of the planning work we do, and learning more about what happens behind the scenes. People often ask me whether I’m happy with my move from law to financial planning. I am all in, and my enthusiasm has only strengthened after the first year. Our organization isn’t just about managing money; we help our clients navigate all kinds of challenges and find real solutions every day. In doing so, we’re able to make their lives better. What could be more rewarding than that?

Having a tight-knit team has allowed FRS to continue to grow and serve more and more clients. As we begin the year, I am proud to say we are managing over $500 million of our clients’ assets. Yes, over a half billion dollars. This number symbolizes the trust our clients have put in our team. We take this responsibility seriously, knowing the important role we play in helping our clients plan for successful retirements.

Now we move into 2026, resolutions in hand and ready for what the year has in store. I’m excited to continue building on the FRS story and to see more amazing outcomes for our clients.

As we start this new year, I want to say thank you—for your trust, your referrals, and the conversations that make this work so meaningful. If 2026 brings even a portion of the momentum of the past year, we’re in for something special.

Here’s to a healthy, prosperous, and well-planned year ahead.

Warmest regards,
Jeremy
