I’m Jaime Joseph, and I’ve been with Franklin Retirement Solutions for 12 years, 3 months, and 15 days—though who’s really counting?

I started off as a marketing assistant, then moved up into a few positions before landing here in the Client Services department. Each day I utilize the skills I’ve learned from each position I’ve held here. On occasion, I’m still using skills learned on day one—baking our famous chocolate chip cookies. Yes, I can still throw down a delicious cookie.

Today, I assist our clients with rollovers, distributions, account management, and now tax forms (yes, tax season is here again). I’m currently proceeding with ambitions to take on more advisory positions here, and shortly, with the appropriate licenses, be an advisor here.

Over the years working at Franklin Retirement, I’ve learned that the importance of what we do isn’t something folks naturally think about growing up. Educating myself about the importance of financial security later in life is probably one of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned here, and I continue to learn more every day. The butterfly effect of an expense today can really come back to affect a future purchase. In my opinion, the importance of not only getting your yearly checkup at the doctor but also your financial checkup is essential.

I grew up mostly in the Philadelphia area and graduated from Temple University. I have a Brazilian and Australian background. Yes, visiting family isn’t a quick weekend trip! Travelling and learning about other cultures, customs, and traditions is my addiction. Just like my work structure, I enjoy joining together things I’ve learned and sharing those experiences with loved ones in my life. If you’ve seen my desk, you’ve seen pictorial proof of this travel addiction. And yes, lots more planned for the future too.

Some of my favorite hobbies lately include heading out to our local and regional refuges and preserves to check out some of the local fauna and flora, with of course my partner and our Australian Shepherd dog, Enzo.

I look forward to meeting you, and for some, seeing you again soon. Happy New Year, and here’s to a joyous, safe, and prosperous 2026!

Jaime
