Some of you are still asking, “Who are you?” Well, it’s time to put a face to the emails, phone calls, and Friday front desk lunch coverage you see every week. Spoiler: there’s a little bit of magic (and a lot of creativity) behind it all!
How long have you been with the company, and what originally drew you here?
April Fools’ Day will mark my two-year anniversary. At the time, I was itching to get back to working with other people (beyond just being alone or with my husband), and my friend Mike Hart was already an associate here. When I saw that they were looking for a Client Services Associate, I figured I’d give it a shot. After Peter reviewed my resume, which highlighted all the work I do in my own business and my creative skills, he decided the Marketing Associate position would be a better fit for me. And here I am!
What does a typical day look like for you?
Besides setting myself up for Peter to roast me… I handle birthday cards, anniversary cards, restocking important forms and branded product, managing all client and non-client events and communications, and even FRS personal events. I also create artwork for our social media, event flyers, and emails, and occasionally have the honor of answering the phones to chat with clients.
What’s one part of your job people might not realize you handle?
About 90% of the time (if I’m on vacation, it’s Nick), I’m the person behind setting up these newsletters. So technically, that means I’m describing myself as if someone else were writing about me—a little third-person humor for you!
What do you enjoy most about your work?
It’s so rewarding to finally meet the faces behind the names and build real connections with everyone.
What’s a project or accomplishment you’re especially proud of?
My son graduating in June. Any parent will understand how big of an accomplishment that feels like.

How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
I love relaxing at home with my family, snuggled up on the couch watching movies with all five of our animals. I also enjoy the occasional night out with friends or just my husband for good food, drinks, and laughs. Bonus points if there’s dancing involved!
What do you enjoy most about working with this team?
It feels like a little family. After working alone for a while with my home business, having people to talk to and collaborate with is amazing. We get along so well, laughing and joking with each other all day, which makes work feel fun every single day.
Do you have a favorite book, movie, or TV show?
I am obsessed with Friends, Harry Potter, and Sex and the City. In fact, I just came back from Universal for my son’s 18th birthday celebration and finally got to see all of the Harry Potter worlds. I’ve also been to the Friends experience in New York before. Both experiences were just so surreal for a huge fan like myself.

What’s one hobby or interest you’ve picked up recently?
Cooking! My husband redid our kitchen this past year, and he did such an amazing job considering he doesn’t do it for a living. With my beautiful new kitchen, all I want to do is cook up new healthy meals and desserts. Soon, I’m going to get into cooking from scratch once I get a KitchenAid mixer with all the fun attachments.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Ever since I was younger, I have wanted to go to Paris to see the Eiffel Tower, especially lit up at night. But I would also love to do the Harry Potter tour in Europe.
Do you have a favorite quote or motto that inspires you?
“You can sleep when you’re dead.”
If you weren’t doing your current job, what would you be doing instead?
I would probably still be heavily invested and involved in my personal business. Now, what I would really love to do is work with sea turtles. They are my favorite animal, and I had the pleasure of seeing a hatching years ago. It was truly magical!
Now that you know a bit about me, I’m looking forward to continuing to make work a little easier—and a lot more fun—for our clients and team alike. I’ll be catching you around the office or at our next event!
